So, all others out of 225 are honorary positions.

Even to think of it is frightening. Even under JR who practically was a dictator had only ministers in the mid 40's and they were expected to do some work. So we are paying a salary, at least three vehicles with military guard and trips around the world for honorary positions.

I hate politics and I thought politicians are stupid but they sound smarter than me. I have to pay after tax funds for every trip I make.

Yet tamils and muslims need more provincial councils and Sri Lanka is a Mess after 13th amendment.

Based on what you have said I don't think 13th amendment can make anymore damage.

Its sad when a country's legal system looses its independence. I think SL legal institution was once regard as the best in Asia. Today its competing for the worst position. Even in Pakistan knowing they will lose their jobs they still stood-up to Mushraf without bending over.

Yes Sir.
BTW, the new Pakistani PM just released all of the judges Musharef slammed in jail.
There are a number of Sri Lankan Supreme Court judges that have left the country (There is one I know personally, who came to Canada to start over) because they simply could not work thanks to interference from the king kanga.
