Good to see you. I have a few questions?
These days we capture a lot of LTTE deadbodies, this didn't happen like this in the past. Does it mean that
1. LTTE sends poorly trained civilians to the FDLs keeping their well trained cadres back?
2. What are their chances to stage an attack like Mulathivu/ EP / Kilinochchi now?
3. Why do we aquire Migs? Is it just to face their tin cans? or to have night time attack capability? Is this really necessary?
4. What's this EU issue about HR and can they take an action like sactions? or not buying our products (not like Tigeress19 not buying MD stuff:)

During the vietnam War, USA dropped lot of Sensors to detect hiding vietkon army in the forest.
IIRC these didn't work very well for the US.

SF so what is the theory on how the Dvora was sunk? How far out at sea was the incident, the closer in to shore one could think a mine was responsbile, but if it was far out in deeper waters it would take a lot of mines to cover all that area and have one struck by a FAC.
Second some suggested a underwater scooter may have been dropped off in the path of the patroling vessel. Which may explain 3 black tigers (but why would you need three and why would all three perish is a question in such a case).
Do these vessels take well know patrol paths? Or possible LTTE were able to predict the path based on radar signature?
Third of course is traditional blakc tiger boat attack, but the survivors say no.
