These countries can supply you Weapons. But they dont give you the MIND to operate these weapons & stratety to use them.

Decimation of Tamil Terrorism and eliminating all Eelamist to keep Sri Lankan soil terrorism free is the first priority.When Tamil Terrorism is gone Human Right will be back to normalcy.Root cause for Human Right violations are Tamil Tribal Racist Terrorists.Seat at UNHRC will not feed Sri Lankan mouths...:-)
