Tiggy and the pro LTTE gang has been waiting like that for a while. All they got was punnakku. While the open wallet got empty.

First it was that LTTE wanted a ceasefire then it is Kosovo type solution. All this from name less reliable source which in other words is plain punnakku.

US donates anti-terrorism equipment to SL Police
US State Department is to donate $220,000 worth of Anti-Terrorism equipment to the Sri Lanka National Police. The purpose of the equipment is to sustain and enhance the critical capabilities of the security forces of Sri Lanka in their efforts to fight terrorism, the US Embassy said. |

When there is turmoil, it is important to guard SLRC like places with Army.

What is happening? Serb's in the north cannot accept reality and occupied the UN office. They tried to attack UN officers and NATO pulled them out and replaced it with its own force sending a message that NATO has the right to use necessary force under R2P.
The Serb's better accept reality as the decision made on Kosovo cannot be reversed. |
