I dont agree. I am sure, this plan will not work, if they want to stop 100% by the end of this year.
These types of decisions must take through about a 2-3 year time plan.
1. By the end of 2008, GOSL complete training about 10,000 females, and check the result.
2. By the end of 2009, GOSL can send about 25% skilled females, out of total.
3. By the end of 2010, it can start to stop sending unskilled, depending on the amount of salary..
Anyway, this little article is not telling the total GOSL plan.
