under the given circumstances ,the questions of who won the election or was it a free and fair is irrelevant to point in the ethnic conflict as it is not going to change the situation.
whether the paksa Enterprise implement the 13th amendment or not in the east after this election will also be irrelevant, because the 13th amendment is implemented in the other provinces except the north and east and never produced any tangible results in any ways in other provinces or contributed to solve the ethnic conflict or to be said as an example to solve the ethnic conflict.
only conclusion i can come up with this elections is,,
1) if there is a PE (presidential election) tomorrow, MR will have all the votes in the east where ranil used to score! (eastern vote is very crucial in any future PE)
2)if there is a PE tomorrow, MR can force the people to vote at the gun point like it happened in the east without any pressure from out side world.
(it is a must MR wins the future PE as he could not wonder in the Colombo streets anymore after all these human rights violations as the victims are ready to take the laws in their own hands and also there is lots of unidentified gun men hanging around.)
3)to show the sinhalese and world that he won the ltte in the east and to justify the annulment of the CFA.
whatever his plans are, it will not solve the ethnic conflict but he is only interested in the president seat of this fake silly lanka!
our plans and strategies are working very well, he is going deeper and deeper into the hole we dug on the first place! he seems to be enjoying !! he he he,,,,

My friend this is age of globalization.
When East is hit the real economic development (Coal power plant is coming, and some industrial zones are coming..) people do not have time to do other thing other than work work work...
Eastern province already have to functioning Universities, schools are open, so people are heading for peaceful life over there.
So(ethnic conflict=separate state) is expiring fast if not already expired.

Sole representatives of Tamils in Batticaloa is LTTE, no one is allowed to represent Batticaloa other than LTTE. GOSL and TMVP has violated LTTE's god given right to become the sole representatives of Tamils. This is unacceptable.
