Any one can see this as political drama but real benefits must get those who suffered for decades.
This is a good start TMVP may not be the correct party to lead them but time will elect the best !

For the last 60 years Democratic government has been of the Sinhalese, for the Sinhalese and by the Sinhalese. Recently JHU nominee Ananthasangaree and SLFP nominees TMVP also joined the 'democratic' bandwagon. Quislings Devananda and Sriskandarajahas are pushed to the side show. the VC of Batticaloa Uni was murdered by TMVP for no reason. there was a global appeal for his release from academics from around the world, as they thought he may be alive after being abducted. people in that uni hate TMVP to the core
