The owners of Emirates are out to teach 'this dumb monkey a lesson' ... that is what you hear within leading circles in the UAE.
Sri Lankans will have to say good bye to the privilege of having a national carrier.

i know you love your Mahinda mama for trying to eradicate LTTE terrorism in SL. But SL requires more than that and running two airlines into shambles is not a great record.
At the same time i hear from gov circles, that MR is running out of cash at full speed and also to my eyes the overall state of your country looks scary.
How MR is treating International air traffic and image is not a real success, just to say the least. |

That is why Countries have TAX - paying citizens.
In the case of Sri Lanka, GOSL is depending on foreign money that expatiates send.
But SL requires more than that and running two airlines into shambles is not a great record.
This is true, GOSL has to liquidate Mihin air and has to absorb it's services to Sri Lankan Air lines and has to appoint a GOOD Business man and NOT a political henchman to run the air line without political interference

Yes you are correct.
The usual blaming, specially from terror lovers here, is nothing worth.
They can not see anything positive except anything done by LTTE.What ever the LTTE does, that makes their lives happy.
Back to topic,
The administration system in SL must be upgraded.
The SLn politics is the headache for this situation in this country. As long as this menace peeping into administration the country will remain/ go down.
All uneducated thieves are governing the country. Can anyone expect something productive and lucrative?
