Gons,

It is the LTTE who elected this specimen....

LTTE has their own agenda and hence they elected this specimen. With RW, they would have had to consume slow poison till death..! So there was a point in LTTE making their decision..!

But whatwas the southern people aka king makers thinking? They just fell prey to fear / war mongerings..!

with Ranil in power, right now there would not be a war,

BUT...

-he would not have offered a solution
-then SL economy would have developed to the extent they would have boosted their millitary capabilities 4 times it is now
-then people would have got fed up with Ranil and voted him out, to elect a hardliner (or warmonger)
- SL gov would go to war and capture entire Northeast much more easily

so voting for Ranil does not mean voting for peace, just delaying the war

Exactlty.. This is the reason why LTTE chose MR..! They want to get to their goal through the shortest possible route..! GoSL supporters here think that MR is giving it back to VP decisively, well ill-founded thought, that is..!!

In next few months Rajapakse Bro's will say that they decided to manage only one airline, Sri Lankan, and decided to merge both so sri lankan can pay debts of Mihin. Maybe the logo will also change, to Mihin lotus, since the present logo was created by emirates!!

Its all about the EGO!

SKB/Paroah,

According to you guys.. no matter which monkey got elected, we were headed for war eh?
It just means that during the CFA, all LTTE was doing was getting ready for war....
So basically, you can not then blame MR and the clowns for the war. We just blame him for Robbing the country clean ??

It just sound so pathetic .. But that's what you guys are saying..
