Mr. PM,
We continue to provide food to the uncleared areas in the North
This is very irresponsible comment that a PM can issue.
People in NE are Sri Lankans and LTTE is a problem created by politician throughout years.
LTTE may take food and other things that sent to general public. But, as long as this issue runs, GOSL cant avoid that.
In one family, son may be LTTE and old mother may in the hospital.
Why you go so cheap to do comments like this..?
Can GOSL see any kid die in NE without food...?
What kind of leader are you..?

Ravy,
I think our PM is living in a different world. Even TOPs in SLA may not agree with these comments.
What generally we should see is, some sort of apology from the PM, and if not actions against him in the Parliament, for igniting hate feeling among ethnic groups, under the guise of LTTE.
Unfortunately our democracy is far below that.
Anyway, we must keep pointing out these.

They can and have. This is not new, it has happened from the time of Sirima. Resilient Tamils have been able to adopt and find other means like smuggling from India. Otherwise we would have seen major disaster in the North.

We feed food to enemies. But, we feed only punnaku to our sinhalayas through defence.lk, daily noise etc.. |

It could be said that Sri Lanka is the only country that feeds its enemies against their wishes. They want to be independent and feed themselves and are fighting to attain that end.
If the PM insists the enemies are a part of his country then there is no choice but on the other hand he can say he cannot care or feed them and let them go independent, then the perceived enemies Tamils cannot complain about starvation or bombing.
There is a precedent that Malaysia forced Singapore to secede as the latter refused to accord foremost place to Malay language in that province. PM Lee Kuan Yew made 4 Official Languages with Malay as one among them.

According to New Sri Lankan law SC.166.1.(a), Police must inform Sirasa TV and its News dirctors before arresting any Suspects involved in any crimes.
