No, its a dictatorship organized through the gun and blood. This point people must agree, but I think LTTE later found a good level of discipline within the organization, thanks no-war time under Ranil.
But, after KOSOVO, the danger of that time came more clear.
I dont say war is good, but any long run with own army/police/navy (as LTTE named them) will make LTTE closer to separatism. |

well , dont underestimate , LTTE has more than 30 millions known revenue , may get multiplied in tens or hundreds if necessary arise , you dont worry about selling a house in fact now the market is very good selling is much more profitable than before .
