Interesting comments

'Most definitely, we can say that we are winning,' army spokesman Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara told AFP.

'But we have never said that we will finish them off. We have never set deadlines. We are fighting a terrorist organisation, not a conventional war.'

The army has pushed the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) out of the east of the island and gone on the offensive in the north in the past year.

But military sources say that the attacks on three fronts against rebel-held territory have failed to produce a breakthrough.

'We can weaken them,' the brigadier said. 'The more we weaken them, then the more they will come into negotiations. It is not possible to wipe them out.'

It should say 'no disrespect to dogs'.

You got to understand that these Terriorists would kill innocent people at the drop of a hat. If you want respect, how about acting like people. The terrorists even used their pregnant women to commit suicide.

Police are also humans.

think about if a relative of a Police officer was injured in the Yesterday Bus - bombing and after that how tamils be treated by that police officer.

for him, every tamil will be a bus bomber.

That happens every where in the world.

So, called Free democratic West is Worst in this sense.

Police brutality helped to grow the LTTE that we know today, more they brutalise more they alienate!!

Moda Sinhala policies only help Tamils resolve to a seperate Tamil Ealam!!

Kural

Any one in the world can visit Temple of the tooth and see whether there is any military instaltion.

I propose LTTE should list all their military locations and publish on the WWW so that SLDF can not attack other places. And LTTE should not use any other place for military activites. LOL

Kural,
Nope. Selvi, 16 year old, bombed by SLAF in a deliberate bombing with 60 of her friends and classmates.

If Alfred Duraippa s life had been spared, this tragedy would not have taken place. The worse is yet to come. All credits go to the Madayan Padayan, the LTTE.
