Is it deliberately done on purpose to put fear into the minds of Tamil Citizens?
There was a bloke who tried it some 20 odd years ago. he drove to this mess we are in today. So if someone is trying it again, it is not going to work this time.
NB: White Vans are not strange to me. By the posts I do here you should know that I'm all out against Terrorism, and support all effort against it. Still I'd like some answers to Mano Ganeshan. (Not to this Tamilnut). No one can deny these things happen. Even US government, with the corporation of UK govt., has tortured people at overseas locations.

Real terrorists..US planned 9/11 as a pretext for their new war against 'terrorism'. More than 100'000 innocent Iraqis dead because their leader, a freshly appointed terrorist, had some big bombs. But these bombs were never found , even now. Ten thousand innocent Afghans killed because a Saudian terrorist leader, freshly appointed him too, and earlierely trained by CIA was living in their country..
What these innocent population asked ??

You seem to be completely out of water, buddy. Which started first? What Tigers started was a reaction for 'Tamils buring alive'...still Tamils are 'treated like stray dogs'.

Meanwhile CARE International which appeared before the committee also on Friday and acknowledged that its allegation that the army looted its offices in Vakarai was baseless. The INGO admitted that the claim was made to secure more overseas funding and that it didn t lodge any complaint with Sri Lankan military authorities.
INGO's simply looted some of the Tsunami billions given to them by people in overseas..
This is the pathetic state of some of the INGO's.
