Maradana police authorities have brought into force the issue of time stipulated resident visa to all Tamils living in their area while Mukaththuvaram police have insisted on the residents in their area to provide their personal bank account details in addition to the general particulars asked for, Attorney-at-law Sumanthiran told the panel of Judges in Colombo High Courts Wednesday appearing on behalf of Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) Wednesday, sources in Colombo said. - Tamilnet
