This only proves that the modayas are slowly but surely accepting the two state system.
Good for Tamils.
Whent the visa issued by the pariah state expires renew it!

This is ridiculous why the Sri Lankan citizen need a resident visa. If this is a case when Southerners should also to be issued visa come to kandy because 'Kandiyans are different ( in the sense of good way).
