As you said in the other page on this thread that is kind of a lost to our country, no doubt there.
But there are beneficially moments. Things like, know-how and capital for new facilities.
Oh btw, I worked few years in Sri Lanka (for the health ministry's salary.) before I go out of the country, and one day I will go back.

interesting indeed, this caught my eye too:
