What UN should do is let Sri Lanka forces to go serve in Haiti, Sudan, Timor etc.. and have foreign peacekeeping forces in Sri Lanka. Especially to seperate Tamil areas from Sinhala areas!
Very true.
The GoSL should have Tamil soldiers in N&E to protract Tamils.
The Sinhalese soldiers are killing the Tamils. The Sinhalese want to destroy the Tamils and the GoSL is encouraging it.
The UN is the only hope for the Tamils. |

Do not over estimate too.
UN was successful in Bosnia, Kosovo, E.Timor and many others.
I have more confident in the UN than in the GoSL to resolve this issue. |

A bomb exploded in Dambulla in Matale district, targeting a bus bound to Anuradhapura from Kandy Saturday at 7:05 a.m., initial reports said. 11 civilians were killed and 20 wounded.

When one look at the whole world, there is only one big war between two nations, today -- that is the war between Sri Lanka and Tamil Eelam!
UN has a prime duty to end this war between these two conuntries for the good of the world! |
