Tamil diaspora is wishing unhappy new year with continued suffering for their Tamil relatives in SriLanka.
The country will be economically and politically finished before the war finishes. Can't you see, the economy is already collapsing right in front of your eyes.
yep, Now it is classified as a MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY and this new year also it will have single digit positive growth.

Ananthasangaree went to Jaffna after 3 years and talked to people. They told him EPDP abduct youths for the last 3 years and ectra-judicially kill them.
A-S went round the world at the govt expense to tell the foreign governments that Tamils are free under this extremist govt. All of a sudden he got enlightened by the Jaffna public.

QLF leader V. Anandasangaree has in a letter to President Mahinda Rajapakse raised concerns over the persons of an armed political group in Jaffna. He alleged that according to civilians in Jaffna this group carries arms next to check points manned by the Army. |

How does he live in Colombo and go here and there with full SLA guard, for what reason.
Why EPDP should not bear arms.
Anandasangaree should give the names of all those people who complained about armed guards.

Ananthasangaree had been an MP and TULF leader fighting for the lost rights of Tamil. He was a party to Eelam declaration in 1976. Lately his old age made him lost direction and became the propagandist of the extremist president MR. He went to Jaffna and found out that since 2nd Dec 2005 EPDP has been abducting youths at the rate of 5/week in white vans to extort money and kill.
Why EPDP should not bear arms.
EPDP has already abducted more than 3,900 youths in Jaffna alone and some of them were sighted in Boosa camp. Many parents complained to HRC in Jaffna and had written to UN, HRW (NY), AHRC (Asia), AI and other foreign Embassies. |

Tiger strength in Kilinochchi too is gradually being eased as cadres are being pulled back towards Mulaitivu. The Tigers new objective of protecting Mulaitivu is surprising as it reinforces Mullayaveli. It seems as if the LTTE is running out of time and ideas on which area to protect.
