Berty:
They are not saying anything about removing cloths in the video. However, video was degrading and the soldiers should be reprimanded or punished for that. Filming must be done by authorized people only. |

Berty Anna,
Please check your inbox tomorrow morning or late morning. I will have some time tonight to write. I hope I contributed a little bit here to bring peace to our people. Who knows, maybe I did get the attention of some people I was trying to reach. Now, I have to shift gears.
Thanks,
Yarlan

That is what I gathered too.... the filming aspect was the worst part. ground troops are not allowed to carry any personal belongings. How this guy managed to take a camera phone needs to be checked and remedied. |

BTW someone should get that video to the various human rights bodies, lets see what they think of it.
Since when was capturing the spoils of war on video banned? Bodies were not mutilated, or any evidence of desecration. Stripping of dead enemy combatants is SOP. Especially since the advent of suicide vests. Even a dead soldier is dangerous till all weapons are relieved. A dead soldier could be holding a primed grenade or lying on an unexploded shell. Who knows. |
