A minor blast had taken place at Galagedara Junction, Padukka moments ago. No injuries were reported. One suspect arrested.

The PAdukka blast was the detonator of the briefcase bomb that was caught being blown up by the SLA....


That wasn't a blast.. the 'gentlemen' carrying the bomb was caught with detanator.
