and yesterday Thivya is ridiculing Sinhalese for being 'mixed' in racial line whereas Tamils are PURE.
I believe that nobody could or should control so called 'mixing' and mixed marriages...

Those who are against mixed marriages are also against any values from other races and if so they do not have the authority to use other races facilities. Most Tamils here in Australia dress Western. Those who are looking for 'pure' cultures need to beware of such outer changes more than marriages. Marriages between cultures when they work out - is certainly more progressive than remaining within one race. To me Keke was showing that he does not value any woman. I am married to a Tamil and am equivalent to hundreds of young ones who are likely to marry outside. Instead of celebrating me - Keke chose to find fault with my children who feel Australian and have married Australians.

	I sincerealy hope people like Thivya who are living among whites understand that people have a right to mixed marraiges The better way I believe is to keep producing the positive outcomes to drown the negatives.

That's not true and you know it. Did Sinhalese embrace JVP? Unlike us - you had the Government with you. There will be some to whom JVP/LTTE - are heroes. To say Tamils as a community abandoned Amirthalingam is wrong as well as inaccurate. I for one have upheld Mr. Amirthlingam many times through my public communications. I do appreciate that LTTE are genuine in what they do. The fact that majority Tamils have used them as their political medium has confirmed this. Through the war - the size of the following is getting smaller.

	why should Mahinda give Tamils democracy? Democracy is realised and not 'given'. Mahinda needs to be democratic first before he can share that naturally with those who have faith in him.

	this proves that Tamil people want military victories..so does Sinhalese The difference is that Tamil is larger than a country. Sinhalese is smaller.

	Now LTTE has no way to go. SLA and SLAF attack them air and ground. SLN does not allow them to sail or smugle arms. The only alternative is now to surrender to SLA rather than sacrifying thier cadre.
