There are (Sinhala Tamil Moor Berger and Muslims) Sri Lankans Eeelam Tamils and Tamil Nadu Participants in this forum.I am Sri Lankan and I do not give into Eelam Tamil Terrorism for a separate land in Sri Lanka.What are you and where do you stand over separate land issue in Sri Lanka for Tamils...:-) |

ring up two uncles ASAP before another dozens of village boys decimated by LTTE in northern front.......now the direction is changing favoruing LTTE particlarly after increasing support from TN in terms of arms and manpower for freedom struggle... |

Berty what i believe was from my experience..as i said last april i went to visit east with my whole family..and we came from the costal line from trico to bati..which we crossed 6 ferries to reach bati.crossing mahaweli river in 2 points ..the area was under LTTE for long time.and its cleared.. ppl lives happily and when we talk to them we felt we were welcomed ..the area is still awaking from the war and lots of projects seen to uplift the day to day life of the people..pasikuddah we bathe and even shared a beer with 2 tamil families we met over there..so ppl needs to grow up and they will.. but sad news is few dieasspora tamils still believes in terrorism..which sri lankans dont need at all..may be due to as i always say..for refugee claims and various economic reasons...as again what i see is what i believe.

I appreciate that you at this stage decided to ask me this question. Unfortunetly you assumed me as an eelamist and brain dead when you posted your first post to me..That is where I feel sinhalese in this forum can straight away get it all wrong..I am not saying there are No tamils who would have done the same to u...
anyway coming back to your question..
I am not for separation or support LTTE. I do strongly believe there are issues that has to be addressed as far as the Tamils are concerned..don't ask me to spell it out cos as a elderly Gent, you know there are issues.
I am also not for Gosl and the Military action that kill a lot of innocent Tamil civilians..again don't tell me that is normal in a war situation..
I am shocked that the majority support the WAR..I would have expected Majority to support Peace by other means.. |

Does it apply to only Tamil civilians killed? How about the Muslims and the Sinhalese that were killed in the past, obviously NOT by the GOSL....? |

U did talk about your trip to the East..and if the people are happy, then why would you think I won't be happy..u put it as if War and fighting and being under LTTE is what people want..may be not..
unfortunately as you say your not going to see Military involvement of harassment, abduction, killing, raping of Tamil people for you to believe..it is something we are going to hear from different tamil medias..but you and i know these do happen during War..so denying saying i did not see it won't do it..
we have to stop this WAR..u may say tell that to LTTE..well you need two to Tango... |

I appreciate your decent reply and I cannot question you as I too aware that there are issues to be addressed but not to the extent fabricated by Eelamists.Majority supported war to eliminate Eelam Tamil terrorism deployed on innocent.Will be back shortly...:-) |
