It seems not only strange but also overstepping it's jurisdiction. CJ knows that this would be a very popular ruling and he can get away with any potential repercussion of his ruling.

When two pumps are selling gas at two different prices which pump will you buy from?
GOSL will have to hope as 84% of Sinhala Buddhist support war they will continue to buy gas at a higher price.
Or GOSL will have to impose a levy on gas that LIOC will close down its operations as it cannot charge this to the customer.

After Tamil administrators who were doing magnificient job were kicked out by Singala goons after the independence, the country has become a joke.

Now this Supreme Court order is also a joke! Supreme Court will next order to impregnate women to produce little boys to prepare to fight the war with Tamils!

Wait and Watch what happen when they launch a full scale of war against the sinhala terrorist armies.


When is it going to happen?. Since 2006, The LTTE has been engaging in tactical withdrawal. Praba has to do at least one offensive to keep 'Peelam die-ass-pora' happy. If not these poor 5uckers would come to their senses. That would be the end of the LTTE.
