Sri Lanka has probably spent more than $15 billion (a minimum estimate)on this war since 1984. What if, instead, $5 billion of that was spent to develope the Northeast and another $5 billion was spent to develop the South?
Imagine where the country would be today. Of course, LNP wouldn't exist either. |
