Brief Case Carrying LTTE Terrorist Turned Gentleman Caught with Bomb Bus Explosion Averted
COLOMBO: THE timely detection of a bomb with its detonator by an Army Sergeant in a KURUNEGALA bound state bus saved the lives of nearly 100 innocent passengers, including Army personnel this evening (19) at about 5.30 p.m..
The passenger bus with its full complement, started off from MAHARAGAMA and has picked up many passengers on its way just after the Army cantonment in PANAGODA.
An alert Army Sergeant in the bus after entertaining doubt about the movement of a well-dressed gentleman towards the rear part of the bus with his brand new brief case in hand, has suddenly gripped on to his hands and tried to get the brief case away, but it tore off uncovering the bomb s detonator which was to be exploded at any given moment.
Passengers supported the move and managed to overpower the brief case LTTE terrorist turned gentleman and handed him over to PADUKKA Police station with the bomb and its detonator.
Had that not been the presence of mind of the Army Sergeant, many precious lives of the passengers would have been blown to pieces once the gentleman receives the signal. |

I have been following your BS and have ignored throughout your fiction. But just a reminder for those who dwell on false propaganda, there isn't anything left for Eelamists to dwell in reality.Perhaps you should research little more for facts than relying on Eelam Tamil Terror favoured propaganda BS based on fiction. But then again it will lead you to accept defeat. But you would naturally behave contrary as it will humiliate you for not achieving the objectives and the purpose is lost for ever.Like other Eelamists you have few more days to experience reality. For the time being I shall leave you and other Eelamists in the pond till it dries out...lol... |

| AndyLau LTTE has lost it's conventional forces...
Even assuming that is true, it doesnt matter as LTTE can revert back to guerilla tactics as its last option.
they are reduced to a munch of mud skippers who has resorted to the most basic of defenses.... earth bunds... that kinds of defenses went out of fashion soon after the walls of Jericho came down....
Considering the terrain and the enemy's superior air power, this is the best defence, as it gives better mobility and invisibility |
