What are all the fundamental rights that tamils under gosl area are not allowed to have?
freedom of speech and expression. (MP raviraj was illed by GOSL, sivanesan was killed by DPU headed by Lt Col Jayasinghae, tissanayagam was arrested and jailed without filing any case for more that 100 days, TNA mps were chargred)
not fully implementing tamil as offical language.
not giving adeguate jobs in govt intitutions.

| How come all you eelamists and mootans are now looking out for GOSL economic collapse.. so the SLDF will be put to a halt??? cant you guys think of ways to stop the SLDF's multi pronged advance militarily?? |

Ltte cadres are paid around 4000SLR... Tigy can confirm and correct the figure since she has insiders with the outfit...
and about giving heart and soul... those people don't have anything else and know anything else other than war...
been dragged out of school by the ltte and trained as a soldeir, having lost most of the family and friends for ltte to fight the gosl... those people have very little to look forward to... |

And how do you know that...just because lpte media is saying so? Except in tharaki's case, lpte had lot more to gain by killing those people...
nope. it is gosl gains a lot. GOSL silenced those who vociferously acted against gosl attrocities agaisnt tamil.
Those who associate with terrorists and cause greater harm to sri lanka should know enough to stay away from them.
this is where you are breaching the fundamental rights of tamil people
If you support lpte and work against the nation you can't expect to walk scott free
Average tamil civilian have the same rights as any other sri lankan...
tamil people dont have fundamental rights. you are proving my point further

So whom do you think is giving his heart, Soul & body to the Eelam war ?
Is it the SLA guys who work for a salary or the Eelam boys who expect nothing but martrydom in his fight to protect his soil ?
sending children and women to die in the front lines is not martyrdom.. it is something else.. dont come and justify suicide bombings.. any body with common sense knows that suicide bombings are pure brain washed extremism.. it follows by Kamikaze Pilots, Al Qaida and LTTE.... we heard how LTTE gets their fighters.. from the surrendered former LTTE... we pay our soldiers that how a democracy would work in any country.. we dont use slave labor to get things done.. that was primitive.. |

well in any case what do you think about Pillayan-TMVP leaders statement some weeks before blaming SLA for extrajudical killing in the east.. people would be happy when they are killed by SLA?
it would be stupid to say SLA doesn't do 'extrajudicial' killings...
If you look at that word...it applies to any killings performed by a person or a party that hasn't gone through judiciary means to kill a person... when lpte cadres have infiltrated the east and are planning attacks against SLDF, MI goes into action to find these people and take them out... This happens in colombo too as you would know.
People in those areas just want to lead a normal life. want to secure a future, have hopes and dreams for them and their families... and for years with lpte they couldn't do all of that.
Though still things are by far from perfect...they have improved...
kids can go to school and to to lpte training camps, businesses are opening up etc etc etc
For those people to have a better future, the trouble making lpte will have to be taken out... extrajudicial or otherwise.
And btw...how do you think MI gets to know who the LPTE folks are? how do they get all that intel? |

that is also one of the strategies. why do you think we should concentrate on one option only. we use as many options as possible to win our rights
