what do you know about tamil people in Sri Lanka..
i know more than you. dont forget i am also a tamil
they are really fedup with VPs killings and they simply want a simple and peaceful life..
no tamil wants war. sinhalese only wants war.
by the way, pillayan too will be cleaned up once LTTE is wiped out

An Army corporal has been sentenced to a seven-year rigorous imprisonment for having abducted and detained a Tamil man in Trincomalee more than 18 years ago. The solider, Rathnamala Mudiyanselage Sarath Jayasinghe, was also ordered to pay a fine of Rs. 10,000. He had been attached to Keseltuduwa Army Camp at the time of the incident. He has been found guilty of having abducted and detained J.S. Thewarasa Sharma in June 1990 |

according to your logic of 'asking sinhalas and muslims to leave the north/east during war' was ok... would chasing away all tamilans from the south...is that ok too?
it happened in 1983.
i am not justifying. i tell you the sequence of events.
if 1983 riot is wrong then asking to leave muslim also wrong.
to rectify all wrongs political solution is a must

As per my 'intelligence sources', Pillaiyan did long time back & hence was made CM to prevent Karuna from entering in East.
Now reinforcements are moving from East to North & vice versa depending on the Battle front operations !

don't assume too much about me mate and since you asked...yes I've been to the east...about 3 weeks ago under a church project and i was with those people and it's such a nice sight to see STF folks and civilians working together on reconstruction work etc
I know you guys would hate to hear of these things but that's the truth... And any of you who are willing to go there can find out first hand...

so how come so many tamilans are spread across in south sri lanka, living and prospering under gosl still having a good life eh?
south is not war zone like north and east.
just becasue tamil people staying in across south does not mean they are enjoying all fudamental righs as equal citizens including freedom of speech. state terror is unleashed if any tamil speak against state. |
