So people like Neelan Thiru is a traitor to you? That poosari who had no choice but to accept MR when he visited the temple in Batti is a traitor to you? Mahattaya who fought many battles to save the skin of VP is a traitor to you? Premadasa who helped VP when he was cornered by the IPKF is a traitor to you?

Thivya, all your arguements come not from your love to your kith and kin. Nor do they come from your love towards Tamil people. Your arguements come from hatred towards Sinhalease. it does not matter if it is SK 63, or any body here. You just like VP because he has killed many sinhalease and of course Tamils too.
People like you will never be happy without some struggle thingy for a cause thungy as long as it involves deaths and blood. And you go to the temple of fridays too??

lumpen elements
There are a lot of Educated Tamils turning to so called lumpen elements in the west. Lot of undercurrents happening in toronto too. People are beginning to think like Yarlan. Even if it does nothing to the situation in SL, they and their beloved families and friends will greatly benefit for all the right reasons. |

Standard and Poor s Rating Services had downgraded Sri Lanka s Sovereign Rating to B from B+ and Sri Lanka s long term currency rating to B+ from BB- earlier this week.
'The ratings on Sri Lanka reflect high government and external indebtedness, weak revenue mobilization, political and security concerns, as well as the rising balance of payments pressures experienced lately, with the resultant decrease in (the) foreign reserve cushion,' the rating agency had said in a statement.
It said that these are the sources of risk for Sri Lanka s economy which increases the stress on the country s debt service capacity in light of the unfavourable global economy.
The rating agency also said it reflected Sri Lanka s deteriorating external liquidity position and the absence of material progress at fiscal consolidation

The Sinhalese are not innocent civilians. The vast majority of them are war mongers, and they want this war on Tamils to continue.

Don t shed your crocodile tears for Tamils. I know all the Sinhalese LNP wanted to kill the Sinhalese who helped the tigers, because they are traitors to Sinhalese. The same us the Tamils who help our traditional enemy Sinhalese to undermine the Tamil cause are traitors. The killing of traitors before attacking our enemies is the time-honored tradition of Tamils. Prabhakaran is following the footsteps of our ancestors and we Tamils don t find anything wrong with that.

I agree that the govt has actually screwed up in many fronts. So dont get me wrong when I gave you my points on UNHCR and GSP+. But as I said we have to see if SL will indeed lose GSP+.
As for maintaining pressure is better etc, that is a matter of opinion Chennai. The centre and TamilNadu politicians short changed Tamils in SL (again).
Chennaiguy, I dont see why the government or its officials should not apologise to Indian politicians for making ludicrous and degrading comments. It is human decency is it not? would you not apologise to someone if you call him/her joker?
That really does not make SL's sovereignity in question does it?
this reminds me another funny story on LNP! When we had some conference in Colombo Indians brought their own security. Some Tamil members here provided unending entertainment about SL Losing sovereignity. I was amused very much. then at the end of the conference they all went back. I did not want to comment of course because I did not want to embarrass those good members.
this is similar to that thambi. An apology was absolutely necessary for making comments such as 'Jokers' whuch were totally uncalled for! |
