Look at Israel, how are we different from them
You are different from Israel because:
1) They have a historical claim for the land of Israel, but you have no historical evidence of so called 'Eelam'
2) They have the support of Uncle Sam, but you don't.
3) Israel is fighting against the global terrorism but you are the
terrorists
4) Jewish are smart people but you Tamils are a bunch of idiots
following a fifth grade drop out
You Tamils are trying to copy Israel by lobbing in

You know that the LTTE wants civilians to stay because then the govt can not go for full scale war. You also know that they use civilians to place bombs and land mines.
lets evacuate all the jaffna civilians as well then..im up for a fair game!

lol ! Someone was telling that it is not war but a 'humanitarian gesture' towards tamils !
You know that the LTTE wants civilians to stay because then the govt can not go for full scale war. You also know that they use civilians to place bombs and land mines.
Of course none would like to see their brothers / sisters getting questioned & tortured by enemy.
When you say war is not prosecuted by GOSL on full scale, dont you think the same with tigers ? Cannot tigers Bomb any civilian from Skies as your SLAF does ?
Infact they are more mature in taking risks in their planes targetting only military installations...
they similar doubts arise about LTTE intentions.
Doubts can arise abt LTTE but not against STATE of Srilanka that they are not fair. If the doubt arises even among IC, then it is matter of time this FAILED state goes into pieces than be under Permanent Peace ! |

i almost missed your post magale.
I dont know why the govt does not open Muhamalai. I dont want to give my two cents tigress19 withut knowing the facts.
The suggestion to have civilians in Vavuniya is because those NGOs that left have set up facilities for them to stay in Vavuniya till this is over one way or the other. If they had left, all those deaths we see on TamilNet would have been totally avoided.
Then the LTTE can face the SLA like men and actually fight the final battle or final push or any name they call it. What they are doing is using cibilians to delay GOSL forces. Delaying the enemy is fine as a part of their battle plan. No one begrudges it.
delaying the enemy using civilians as a shield is what is despicable. |

Shame on you! Look at the pictures. You have been seeing the same pictures for the last 25 years. What changed? Only the instruments of war have gotten more lethal and deadlier. Think about it. No one will win this war. When are you going to realize that simple truth? Look around and see how the Asian countries have developed. Even India, the receiving end of our jokes in the early 80's, had sent a probe to the moon and has satellites scanning our seas for stocks of fisheries. Yes, it has huge problems like vast gaps between the rich and poor, abject poverty, simmering ethnic tensions, and a feudalistic social structure. But, that is not the point here. We are not Indians.
Get a grip on yourself and think for a second how your people have been living in Sri Lanka since the war started.
