Muslims asked to leave in 24 hours from Jaffna, while tamils are allowed to stay. You're pathetic mate!
Muslims people's lives were in danger as tamil people started to feel that muslim people were working with sinhalese to commit crime against tamil people.there were many intances where muslim people were caught in providing information to sinhala army. so a major blood bath was avoided between tamil and muslims by sending these muslim relatively safer areas.
if you compare this with 1983 where tamil people were attacked and killed and burnt alive by sinhalese, tamil people did not harm muslims lives in jaffna.
i am not justifying.
Gota made an order to send back all tamil who were from noth and east out from colombo/ western province.

You are only fooling yourself. If LTTE want to kill Muslims , they can kill them in East. Obviously you are an ignorant, because LTTE don't want to kill Muslims
This is between JUST OVER 4 YEARS (1988 to 1991):
* March 31 1988: Saindamaradu, Kalmunai: LTTE cadres attacked the village, killing ten Muslims and seven Tamils.
* May 01 1988: Sittaru Kantalai, Trincomalee: LTTE cadres exploded a land-mine on a CTB bus killing twelve Sinhalese, nine Muslims and five others, who were not identified.
* August 16 1988: Trincomalee (opposite Clock Tower): LTTE cadres exploded a bomb, killing sixe Sinhalese, two Muslims, one Tamil and a soldier 19 persons sustained injuries.
* July 23 1990, Veeracholai, Batticaloa: LTTE cadres killed eight persons, thought to be Muslims and hanged them on trees.
* July 30 1990, Akkaraipattu Batticaloa: LTTE cadres shot dead 14 Muslims in the town.
* August 04 1990: Over 30 Tamil Tiger cadres attacked four Muslim mosques in Kattankudy in Batticaloa district, killing over 147 Muslims who were praying in the mosques.
* August 11 1990: Division 3 & 6 Eravur LTTE cadres attacked Div. 3 & 6, Eravur, killing 116 Muslims and injuring 20 others.
* August 13 1990, Awarantalawa Vavuniya A Muslim village adjoining a Sinhalese village was attacked by LTTE cadres nine Muslims and one Sinhalese were killed. Three others were injured.
* September 21 1990, Pudukudiyirippu Ampara: LTTE cadres attacked the village killing 15 Muslims and injuring eleven.
* October 11 1990, Arugambay, Ampara: LTTE cadres shot dead nine Muslims.
* March 24 1991: Bogamuyaya, Akkaraipattu: Bomb explosion carried out by LTTE at Fish Market Akkaraipattu, killing nine Muslims and injuring 32 others.
* May 19 1991: Erakkamam, Ampara LTTE cadres attacked five Muslims and two Sinhalese persons, whilst they were returning from the paddy-field, killing six persons and injuring one.
* May 20 1991: Malwatta, Sammanthurai, Ampara: LTTE cadres fired on a group of Muslims who were returning from the paddy-field in a tractor nine Muslims were killed and two injured.
* July 06 1991: Pudur, Jaffna: LTTE cadres cut and killed nine Muslims and moved towards the Mahaweli river bank and cut to death another eight persons, injuring four others. One of the injured succumbed to his injuries. Total killed: 16 Muslims and two Sinhalese.
* August 08 1991: Sammanthurai, Batticaloa: Six Muslims farmers killed by LTTE cadres.
* September 19 1991: Palliyagodella, Polonnaruwa: LTTE cadres attacked a Muslim village, killing 13 Muslims and injuring six others.
* October 24 1991: Iqbal Nagar: LTTE cadres who were in ambush, fired at a civilian van killing three Tamils and three Muslims.

The advancing troops of Kilinochchi have reached to the Technical collage for Higher education which was affiliated to the University of Jaffna built by the ministry of Education and Higher education with the aim of educational upliftment of the Tamil students in Kilinochchi, Mulathivu, and Poonarin. The technical collage consisted of a well equipped auditorium, hostel, and laboratories with the extent of 100 acres which can accommodate more than 5000 students. With the grate intention of giving equal education for all irrespective of ethnicity, the government has established this institute in the North. Unfortunately no any academic year could be started as the Terrorists had been using this valuable place for their military and administrative purposes till the government troops captured it.
LTTE, as a ruthless terrorist outfit has shown its vision clearly by using this precious property of the Northern students as a military camp. LTTE is known to be one of the notorious terrorist groups in the world which uses child soldiers in combat. If such educational institutes operate in this area, terrorists will definitely encounter a scarcity of soldiers and it will be a huge problem for their existence.

You cowards should be proud of yourselves! Take a look at my previous post and see if it justifies what happened in 1983 to tamils! Note, I've only highlighted what happened to Muslims only (from between 1988-1991)...
You guys should feel really proud of yourself! Using unfortunate events that happened in July 1983 to murder thousands of people over decades! What sort of justification is that!

Aussieboy... you forgot to list what happened to tamils from 83 till now ... that gives clear evidence why the war is still going on. Y did you have to burn the tamil library... i dont understand...
