I am sure you would have noticed something..all single signs are are in full numbers..
If there is a board which has more than 1 place, you may see in decimals..
Only in the first sign you see the decimals..the board is actually to show the KM to N'Eliya, !! Lolz

you can see a big red box which says Tamil dance..
U can watch it...
