SL should not take action against SF. and I said firing the SO editor is wrong in my opinion.
But for ppl who hate SF for routing the LTTE may wanna see him punished. That is not my stance.
I have explained my stance in my article that is appearing in LNP, Lankaweb and Island yesterday. And Today's Island editorial too carries a good analysis on the issue.

If what Nacho said is true..then SL might want to learn and take action against Sarath not the Editor..
he should not. it is favourable to eelam tamil if sinhalese maintain a confrontational politics with tamilnadu. keep going.

I thought Helpers (Maids) are entitled for a Ticket after their contract every 2 years..In Hong Kong..the employer has to provide the ticket. therefore there will be no issues on the prices.
If everything goes according to the book they would have to. but many dont even get paid properly and on time. |

that is correct. editor should have anticipated the implication of that part of the interview published in the paper. he shoud have edited that part.he did not. so he was fired. irresponsible journalism:)))

so ru saying even if Sarath is guilty just cos of LTTE, we should look the other way and let him go..not punished..
U say firing of the SO editor is wrong and that ends there...u sacrifice an innocent man to safeguard the real culprit..
UR happy to let us know about the Somalia mistake and who will be punished.

That is sad..what is SL embassy doing there..IN HK..the HK labour department will make sure they get the contract pay and also the ticket..there are other organizations that will also help.
Mind you we do not have SL embassy in Hong Kong

in your dictionary whoever fight for or voice for tamil people rights are ltte or ltte supporters.
