this is not news. this happens for more than 17 yrs. it is unlikely Congress will change its policy on eelam issue unless TN leaders are firm on the issue

BTW

One of the Mootans made another prediction.
Air Lanka is not going to fly after 31st March 09.


The Mootan s previous predictions are

SLA stops offensive before end Oct 08- on the ORDERS of the Chief Mootan
If not Indian Centre s ruling coalition collapses.
GSP+ -over by Dec 08.
