Once the war is over, from part of the savings, we should donate some toilets to Tamil Nadu in recognition of the contribution to the understanding of india psyche by Chennai.

TN Coast Guard differs Police report on LTTE infiltration

Differing from the Tamil Nadu police who refuted media reports about possible intrusion of LTTE cadres in the state following the discovery of some boats with bullet marks along the Rameswaram coast recently, coast guard officials today said that they are not ruling out the possibility of injured LTTE cadres seeking refuge in Tamil Nadu.

'We are not ruling out the possibility of injured LTTE cadres seeking refuge in Tamil Nadu. They have many supporters here,' pointed out a senior coast guard official. Three of the boats with bullet marks are now in the custody of the coast guard and two boats with the navy. 'Some of the bullet marks were found close to the keel indicating that the shots were fired from the air,' said the official.
