The government of Sri Lanka and the UN children's fund (Unicef) have reached agreement with a breakaway faction of the Tamil Tigers on child recruitment.


GOSL does an agreement with a GOSL' minister's party ?

Strange lankans, liberated east , yet sign agreements :))

MR asks tigers to lay down arms , but has he been able to foot lick the TMVP itno laying down arms (wont the Brave SLa save TMVP from tiger atack) ?

Guys from the looks of it.. by the time the Indian FM Land in Sri Lanka...most of the LTTE held areas will be under GOSL:)))

This is a well doucment prove to say Gosl involment in child soldiers.
Trying to get GSP+ back..

Not strange more than the 'Brethern Killing Brethern' and howling abt a non existing Brethern in another sovereign state!!!

it does not matter. sinhala army have withdraw when the final deal is agreed.

I head that CM/Ramadas recommeded to Indian PM that advicers should be taken from tamil nadu to make a proper policy on eelam issue. this means menon and narayanan should be out /should not be consulted:)
