The govt's record says this is just another window dressing.
One has to look at in the backdrop of investigations the govt promised to NGOs and IC into other human rights violations such as abductions and killings of high profile MPs and aid workers. Though 3 years has passed not a single investigation has taken place or any criminal brought to justice. |
