GOSL has already taken advice from the IC. Task number one is elimination of LTTE.

If a sinhala male bank officer arrange you a loan, will you offer your virginity ( if you have one) to him??
The GoSL takes loan and they have to repay it. Taking loan to crush the terrorism is an investment for future generation.
GoSL must not sell sovereignty over loans.
