30 years ago this tiny country srilanka was able to diktate the terms and secure the kachchatheevu island..now it has been reduced to a beggeing around the world for money *state*...
Russia will now build four nuclear energy reactors at Kudankulam in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
Russia is already building two other reactors at the Kudankulam site.
Russia becomes the third country to sign a nuclear deal with India after the signing of the India-US agreement which allows India access to civilian nuclear technology and fuel.

They also say dozens of GOSL DPU weerayas went to Kilinochchi town have gone missing....but another web site says they are happily eating Puttu and kathirikkai kulambu in VP's (boossa camp of wanni) guest houses for GOSL guys

but they send those recruited on a suicidal mission...if you know what i mean... 24000 dead, 15000 MIA another 18000 injured in the last 3 year...
