It can be - provided you want to be at the bottom of the list. It does not take any self sacrifice to use Cluster Bombs.
WE kill without the user getting killed.
So, why our Trade mark is not better than what Tamils have

All bombs are bad but cluster stands at the top of the list and is not suitable when fighting a civil war.
Its at the top of the list is because almost one third of the bombs don't go off and stay embedded in a wide area. Even long after the war civilian populations are not safe and everytime one of these goes off it creates more hatred towards the state or perpetrators, which says there will never be real reconciliation. |
