13 year old gives birth in Sri Lanka

A 13 year old girl in Katuwana has given birth to a baby. The mother and child are in good health according to sources. Police said that they are investigating possible rape.

An alarming situation to see a teenager becoming a mother!!
The baby will have to be raised in an 'orphanage' and the young mother will be mentally unbalanced.
Pathetic case.
The Police will have to find the culprit...sooner...the better!

This is definitely Statutory Rape even if the girl consented to sex quite apart from non-consensual sex and the charge of rape there also. |

These are the results of modern economic development. Tourism, all the western material coming to Sri Lanka and people leaving to middle east to earn money.
Mothers leave children home and go middle east to earn money.
See that money is not worth once you destroy the family life and the individual lives.
But, politicians are blind. They protect their families with money earned by destroying Sri Lanka.
There is no one to change these things because every politician is in the same game. |
