Terror alert issued for 3 airports in india delhi, bangalore, chennai.
Last night CBC or CTV had an interview with a Security watchdog in Mumbai. He said the government / Police and the Armed services are so corrupt and so humongous, there is absolutely no stopping any terrorist attacks anywhere in India for the foreseeable future.
Too bad for Vaiko and the TN gang. India has no time to interfere in SL. Pakistan looming :(

Why is Why is Prabhakaran needed at the table to find a permanent solution that will bring lasting peace to our country? Also, why do we need the help of foreign countries when many of us can t even see eye to eye on the resolution of basic issues that are the roots causes of this war? What more can the foreign States do that they haven t done already?
NO, Prabakaren is not need now. He is now part of the problem.
Prabakaren has wasted two chances, one with Indian and another with Norwegian.
Just look at the East now. Eastern Tamils and Southerns are getting alone fine right now. It's LTTE who is trying to destabilize the East.

Nothing brings peace to people than the sense of improving security.. It is great that the STF is back in the east and policing the trouble spots and taking out thugs. STF is the best option for liberated areas..away from the front line combat aginst the terras. |

| A Sri Lankan bishop has called upon the Indian government to pressure the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam into releasing thousands of Tamil non-combatants held hostage in the northern region . Rev Thomas Savundaranayagam, a Catholic whose diocese extends to the conflict-ridden Wanni region, told a newspaper in an interview that he had sought the help of pro-LTTE legislators of the TNA to persuade the Indian government to use its influence with the LTTE for securing the release of the non-combatants. |
