I am sorry to hear about what you, your family and friends underwent in 1983. I am glad that you are prepared to forgive and forget what happened. At the end of the last post you were asking that all of us put our country first. Yarlan, if you read all the posts here, you will find that almost all say that they don't want a divided country. But there are a few who still keep saying they want to divide the country. So tell me, whom do you support? |

I'm sort of just an outsider who reads some posts from time to time. All I wish is there'll be peace in that wonderful island where I was born though I've got no relatives or friends living there
No worries I also need to make my posts clearer to avoid confusion.
Do not feel yourself to be an outsider, all Sri Lankans are welcome in this forum, irrespective of their opinions. We all have a heck of a lot more in common with each other than we care to admit sometimes.
