What are you doing to stop the war and impose peace ??
The question is what have you done so far to develop peace?
I have participated directly with the white race which continues to carry the label of racism. I did that in a country that had 'white Australia policy until mid 70's.
I became them by feeling the pain and without retaliating until I was asked to do things that went against my professional values. Hence the open fight against racial discrimination. To date it has been through non violent non cooperation.
Now I feel free to share my Truth with all seekers. I live with Tamils so they would feel confident in their paths and find their own inner peace.
The apparent peace that you are talking about is the absence of weapon based war/ retaliation. All those who lead that war have a looooooong way to go towards Peace. Neitehr MR nor VP can lead their people towards peace. Like union leader and head-hunter - they serve fighting purposes to surface the beliefs of their people. That is their best value and there is value in both

Just popped in to see what's happening at LNP since I left this afternoon..
There are a lot of tamil people thinking like you. I have lots of close friends here that could be you too. Irony is they always thought like that but the majority chose the glory of VP and Violence and they kept quiet mostly fearing for their safety.
Stick around here. Keep speaking your mind.. Andy is right, Don't reveal your ID. YET. Peace for SriLanka will have to start from outside of the country where influential SriLankans will show up in solidarity for lasting peace for our motherland and for the children of tomorrow.
There are hard-wired zombies on both sides that will always be offended and those are the people who sold the Tamils on the ideals of the LTTE.
