| Looks like I have touched off a raw nerve here. As a Tamil friend of mine warned me, do not write anything critical of what the LTTE has done or is doing. Because no one dares to cross that threshold. |

I don't think you can do something now.. The only ones are MR and VP. You can sit down and watch like all of us.
The only thing you can do are humanitarian works. But you can't impose a peace. In fact I don't see how. If even India can't do, I don't think anyone of us can do something..

As a Tamil you have every right to criticize and work to correct the LTTE. I have done this many times. So I have already crossed that threshold. I do not however criticize them privately or publicly on issues where they have invested more than I and where they hold true belief that what they are doing is right.
The reason for this is that those responsible for facilitating their education about wider world and common governance - have failed. If we are to blame we have to blame them and not those who were victims of their negligence. Hence belief based action is never wrong. If you do the real calculations from zero base - you will know that belief based action is the perfect answer.
LTTE would have continued to be a formidable force if they had not come out of their world of belief and faith.

Yes we can do and I am doing. We can go anytime into the world that we have genuinely contributed to and find peace there.
In terms of MR & VP - that is only a political settlement of their egos. No Peace worker would follow either.
