When you claim to be one step ahead by just being a STATE, you have to follow certain norms ...

This is what the targetted civilians said about the cluster bomb.
Why would the SLAF target civilians intentionally ? All SLDF's want the civilians to come to the relative safety away from the LTTE. Defies any sense. |

That's my question too. I asked the same question when innocent schoolgirls were bombed. I have no clue. |
