If MR is all out to kill Tamils, how come Tamils prefer to live in the south than anywhere else?
It is your naivity and stupidity that you equate the savage Tamil mindset of genociding Sinhalese to Sinhala mindset!
You have still to be wise to understand why Sinhalese hate Tamil terrorists but not Tamils who wish to live peacefully among them! |

Jayawewa S.B should be made Leader of UNP if it has to come to power in Sri Lanka and Ranil should be asked to go Home
Ranil will be the lifelong leader of UNP,... He won't give that position to anyone,....
Now in the batti, the abductors come in Moter bikes too.
Somewhere around Karunayake FTZ, that happens too,... but the 'abductees' willingly go with the abductor,... |

Indian PM to discuss ceasefire with Mahinda
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has agreed to convey to President Mahinda Rajapakse a call by 39 Central Government MPs from South India for a ceasefire in India.
The delegation of MPs representing the government led by newly appointed Home Minister, P. Chidambaram had made representations to the Indian Prime Minister, it is learnt.
Informed sources told The Morning Leader that the delegation had stated to the Indian Prime Minister that there was a humanitarian crisis in the north due to the ongoing conflict and that a ceasefire and the resumption of talks for a negotiated settlement was the need of the hour.
The Prime Minister had also been told that given the security situation in India, it was important to ensure that there was stability in South India without allowing conditions to be created for unrest due to the situation in Sri Lanka.
The Prime Minister, The Morning Leader learns had said he will discuss the issue with President Rajapakse. Informed sources also said the MPs from South India called for a ceasefire after TNA MPs briefed them on the ground situation and the LTTE s willingness to enter into negotiations unconditionally if the government submitted a viable political package.
