we are asking the EU , not to extend the GSP+ concessions to strengthen srilanka's economy which funds the war...

A senior U.S. official says the Bush administration warned India before last week's Mumbai attacks.
The official said Tuesday the United States told Indian officials that terrorists appeared to be plotting a mostly waterborne attack on India's financial capital of Mumbai.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of intelligence information.
