With the prospects of Rupee collapse getting high, the land prices in the South falls to unheard of level very soon. This would give Tamils a great opportunity to grab land at fire sale prices and make a connected land corridor to connect TE Tamils with Up Country Tamils, thus fulfilling VPs life-long dream!

I never bought for myself in the South. But, the demand for properties in N'eliya, Badulla, Amparai seems to be high as evidenced by the amount of money pouring into the Diaspora Fund! |
