A little explanation is in order here!

FLASHING= exhibitionism =indecent exposure in public places.
(a mental disorder-or a perversion)

On LNP you just CANT do it-though a couple of Mootans would like to!

Instead, FLASHING is used figuratively here!.

There are other forms of exhibitionism.
Exhibit your new found wealth - power - very common among the 'noveau riche' ( the new rich) or those who are under delusions of being rich & poweful.

That's the FLASHING referred to , here in LNP!

What is hilarious is the FLASHED wealth & power is real short supply!
Just like in the case of those Tnadu Flashing Eunuchs!

Muttal mootans are everywhere, this piece of lovely comment is from a blogger at defencenet.

We will introduce cable technology for all our households.
Singapore will have to face a big competition with Eelam world.
