These numbers are actual data points and you have to do a best fit curve. Havent you done any lab tests. Curves will never go through each single data point. You can do a least mean square fit to get the best curve.

The LTTE are the ones that are causing all this suffering to the tamils! The tamils in Waani are starving because of the LTTE, not because the GoSL!
